Onboarding, the first 7 days

Seven days from signature to live. The one variable outside our control is Meta's business verification of your account.

Timeline

Signature to launch

D0

Onboarding and access

Agreement signed, onboarding form completed, kickoff call held, Meta and CRM access granted, business verification submitted.

D1

Marketing

Creative brief, ad copy, video scripts and the funnel copy produced, written to your states and your lender set.

D2

Tech

CRM build, calendars and officer routing, the funnel, tracking, A2P registration and the follow up sequences.

D4

Review and approval

Creative, funnel, consent language and AI templates submitted for written approval. A live test enquiry run end to end into your CRM.

D6

Launch

Campaign goes live once every pre launch condition below is true on the same day.

Your side

What we need from your team

  • Onboarding form with licensed states, NMLS numbers and officer details
  • Business Manager access, with verification submitted
  • Attendance at the kickoff call
  • A recording session for the video, or approval of a spokesperson
  • Creative and compliance approval inside 48 hours
  • Calendar availability for the volume you asked for
  • A named person answering booked calls on time

Total client time across the seven days: roughly four to six hours.

Speed of responseThis is the strongest predictor of whether the account works. A borrower called back in two minutes is not the same borrower as one called back in two days. It is also the one thing we cannot do for you.
